Our stylists’ time is valuable, just like yours. We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred:
To respect the time of clients and staff, was ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who are more than 10 minutes late will be considered a No-show and will be required to pay the No-Show fee.
For safety reasons children under 4 and those not receiving services are not allowed in the salon. Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment. Arriving with a child will result in a cancellation of the appointment and the cancellation policy will apply.
Do to limited space we do ask that only those receiving services arrive to your appointment.
